Cylindrical Plug Gages

Cylindrical plug gages, sometimes referred to as pin gages or plain plug gages, may be used for gaging hole sizes to determine if the hole is within the upper and lower limits of the product tolerance. Cylindrical plug gages are available in three design styles: Reversible Plug Gages, Taperlock Plug Gages, and Trilock Plug Gages. Each Style is available as Class XX, X, Y, Z or ZZ; Direction of Tolerance: Go: Plus; NoGo: Minus; Master: Bilateral. We offer each of these plug gages in tool steel, chrome, carbide and black oxide.
